3 Stop worrying : Accept ,Act and Let go
Accept and let go of any outcome of the situation.Think calmly and do your best ,what ever is feasible .Trust that whatever happens is for your higher good. Once you fully accept that, try to think of possible positive impact on whatever this worry is trying to harass you with. Then let go of having to control and accept the whole thing as it turns out.

6 Some people are peace stealers, be aware of them .
Don’t give them the key to steal your peace .Set your boundaries .Be willing to walk away from such people and things .For every happy friend you have, you are 20% more likely to be happy, so with five happy friends, there's a good chance you're going to be happy. Life becomes peaceful if you delete the negative people and surround your self only with those who are going to lift you higher .
7 Protect your peace in relationships
Relationships are not easy.They mirror everything we feel about ourselves
So if you are at peace with yourself your relationship becomes loving and peaceful .Try to see the best in them .Stop blaming ,expecting and getting hurt . Never let fear and judgement control your relationship.Admit your flaws .You don’t have to insist on being right always .Approach them with care and compassion so that they can open their heart to you .Give each other space .

When we meditate, it is not that from somewhere outside we are going to bring peace and bliss and put them inside us.The stillness in meditation makes us realize that we are that, we already have them inside us, we stop seeking it, wanting it, searching it. So seeking stops and experiencing begins.
